Production Trainer

Job Description

We are hiring a Production Trainer to join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC. In this role, you will collaborate with production to train associates for various production positions, ensuring that they are acclimated and supported in their roles. The Trainer will play a critical part in the onboarding process of new employees, enhancing the training program, and communicating effectively with supervisors and managers. Responsibilities also include developing training course objectives, assessing training needs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Enhance and improve the training program.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors/managers for training assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure work performance meets efficiency goals.
• Uphold safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
• Participate actively in all safety processes and activities.
• Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing production or training.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and react to changing priorities.
• Knowledge in HACCP and SQF.
• Understanding of safe work practices.
• Physical ability to carry out duties as listed.
