Pharmacist

Join SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a rapidly growing company focused on providing high-quality medications crucial for saving lives. As a Pharmacist, you will oversee compounding activities, collaborate with the quality unit, and manage compounding technicians in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding, labeling, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of controlled substances and compounding records.
• Implement improvements in the compounding workflow and address deviations.
• Conduct pre-and-post compounding checks and batch reviews for product release.
• Maintain real-time inventory of finished products and enforce personnel policies.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pharmacist License in home state (AR and CT).
• 2+ years of sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise compounding in a cleanroom environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to wear sterile Personal Protective Equipment.
