Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Partnership Manager to join NovaSource Power in Chandler/Phoenix, AZ. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar assets through effective partnership management. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring financial and technical performance metrics, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with solar asset owners, investors, and partners.
• Monitor financial and technical performance metrics to optimize revenue streams and minimize costs.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, financial, or operational issues.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in solar operations and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred.

Travel:

Up to 25% travel may be required per year (domestic & international).
