Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Respiratory Services to lead our Respiratory Care department at Kettering Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory services at our medical centers, managing inventory, budgets, education, and daily activities. The ideal candidate will embody our mission, vision, and values, and serve as a role model for the network. This position reports to the Director of Respiratory Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory services.
• Handle supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, and licensure.
• Lead and support all network initiatives in alignment with KHN's values.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA-approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• 5 years of minimum supervisory experience (KHN preferred).
• Valid Respiratory Therapist and Respiratory Care Practitioner licenses in Ohio.
• RRT credentials by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Active AARC member, current BLS with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and education skills.
• Good clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care.
• Proficient in computer systems and EMR.
