Manufacturing Engineer Lead

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead to join our team. As a leader in power transmission and motion control products, we are dedicated to excellence in quality and customer service. The Manufacturing Engineer Site Lead will manage projects, provide direction to other engineers, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role involves budget controls, tooling design, and implementation to support production output.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and provide direction to ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and accountability among team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Achieve on-time delivery to internal and external customers.
• Assess and improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve production results.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts for process improvements.
• Design tools, dies, and automation systems.
• Perform analysis, simulation, and project management for manufacturing processes.
• Write equipment specifications and ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations.
• Participate in design review meetings and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Eight plus years of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, ISO, and CAD.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GD&T, and engineering principles.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
