Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Green Source Automation LLC in Jerome, Idaho. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our cutting-edge automated systems in the dairy industry. The role involves performing regular maintenance tasks on our robotics systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes to maintain system efficiency.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set work shift hours and days, possibly including on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate a mechanical mindset and ability to work with various tools.
• Proficiency in PC usage and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with effective time management abilities.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
