Job Description
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facility, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met. From general building maintenance to equipment repairs, this role plays a crucial part in our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute maintenance activities to ensure employee and food/feed safety.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance on plant/building equipment.
- Assist in PLC programming, instrumentation, and building control panel wiring.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment faults, following engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to support plant operations.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in CMMS, predictive maintenance, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and software skills (PLC's and instrumentation).
- Ability to perform physical tasks and withstand various working conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley software.
