We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. As the Care Team Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to our pediatric patients under the guidance of our medical professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care, managing high-risk patients, offering education to families, triaging patients, and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in infection control and age-appropriate pediatric care.
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and socio-economical needs of clients.
• Administer vaccines and medications, conduct in-office procedures, and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain continuing education in pediatric care and adhere to practice guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Current LPN license in Massachusetts and Basic Life Support certification.
