General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team at 10 Fitness. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the exceptional member experience that defines 10 Fitness. You will lead by example, ensuring the club is clean, friendly, and well-maintained, while also fostering an environment of safety, fun, and positivity.

Management Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with senior management and HR.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Optimize club operations and maintain financial goals.
• Lead staff meetings and provide valuable input to improve business performance.

Member Experience

• Create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Address member needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Promote club amenities and services to enhance member experience.
• Handle member service issues with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales/customer service and leadership/management experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.

Working Hours: Mon-Thur 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-3pm

Compensation: $42,000-$50,000 yearly salary
