Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead CMG Services LLC. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership, overseeing operations, driving business development, managing finances, and ensuring high standards of quality. This role requires a proven track record in leadership within the roofing or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all operational aspects, including project management, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports on performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and financial analysis skills.
• Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and industry trends.
