FT Mechanic/Technician Apprentice

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Mechanic/Technician Apprentice to join Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment essential to our freight transportation operations. This includes diesel tractors, industrial forklifts, trailers, and other vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Track and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Participate in failure analysis and repair efforts to prevent breakdowns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Preferred experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, Welding, or related fields.
• Willingness to learn and grow as an Apprentice.

Pay

$25.32-$27.30 per hour.
