Job Description
Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN Nurse to join our team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an LPN with SHP, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a correctional facility setting. We provide a supportive and safe environment where integrity, teamwork, and excellence are valued.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, and chart patient progress.
- Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Implement treatment plans and provide emergency interventions.
- Work under State Scope of Practice and guidelines, and collaborate with Physicians/Providers.
