Job Description
Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time LPN Nurse for night shifts at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an LPN Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within the correctional facility setting, adhering to state guidelines and physician directives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, assess symptoms and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans.
- Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Execute treatment plans and provide emergency interventions as necessary.
- Conduct physical assessments and demonstrate critical thinking skills.

Requirements
- LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Prior experience in a correctional or similar healthcare setting preferred.
