Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Manager (National Accounts) to join Develon, a leading company specializing in heavy equipment products. As the National, Government & Key Accounts Field Service Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing service support for key contracts, including New York City Sanitation and other national accounts. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships between customers, field staff, and internal teams to increase uptime and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service and parts relationships with National, Key Accounts, and governmental contracts.
  • Coordinate with dealers and customers to address warranty, service, and parts needs promptly.
  • Plan and execute regular conference calls with major accounts.
  • Develop and conduct product training programs for service managers and technicians.
  • Monitor fleet performance and address any issues proactively.
  • Administer Field Modifications process and Call Tracs management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment products.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
