Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family Companies is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic to join our team at the Eagle River Seed Farm in Eagle River, WI. As an Equipment Operator - Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing preventative and troubleshooting maintenance support for various types of agricultural equipment, including tractors, trucks, and harvesting machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on agricultural equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery.
• Operate farm equipment such as tractors and conveyors.
• Contribute to other farm-related activities like snow removal, potato grading, and building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of field maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• Knowledge of tools, welding skills, and basic electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pesticide license within 3-6 months of hire.
