Lithion Battery Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in developing cutting-edge power solutions for critical applications in Medical, Energy, Robotics, Industrial, and Military/Defense markets. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive operational efficiency and project success.
• Oversee the design and development of new products while adhering to engineering standards and quality measures.
• Manage resources, budgets, and external vendors to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends for engineering innovation opportunities.
• Other duties as necessary to support the engineering team and projects.

Requirements

• Third level qualification in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and managing processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and travel occasionally.
