Responsibilities
- Manage orders from initiation to completion.
- Enter and process orders accurately along with necessary documentation.
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Coordinate truck arrangements and negotiate freight rates.
- Verify shipped and received weights.
- Approve supplier invoices and freight bills.
- Assist other departments as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes.
