Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from initiation to completion.
  • Enter and process orders accurately along with necessary documentation.
  • Schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Coordinate truck arrangements and negotiate freight rates.
  • Verify shipped and received weights.
  • Approve supplier invoices and freight bills.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes.
