As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing washers, dryers, and other appliances at customer locations. Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of washing machines, dryers, and other appliances.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for efficient repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
