Job Description

Wysocki Family of Companies is looking for an experienced Agricultural Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Bancroft, WI. In this role, you will test, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of agricultural and potato conveyance equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work both in the maintenance shop and outdoors, with the chance to develop your mechanical skills through diverse daily tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Driver’s License Required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience with variable frequency drives is a plus.
• Basic welding and machining skills a plus.
• Possess and utilize basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic theories.
