Position: Resident Monitor/Security (Part-time Weekend shifts)

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Resident Monitors/Security personnel to oversee the activities of adult male ex-offenders in a correctional residential setting and the community. As a Resident Monitor/Security, you will be responsible for maintaining order, ensuring safety, and performing general office tasks while working weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor ex-offenders in various facility areas.
• Enforce house rules and encourage positive behaviors.
• Conduct security checks and maintain facility safety.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings.
• Assist with new resident intake and orientation.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in corrections or related fields preferred.
• Clear background checks, physical exam, and drug screen.
• Effective communication and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with diverse populations.

Working Conditions

This position involves working in a correctional halfway house setting, operating 24/7. Physical demands include climbing stairs, being mobile, and the ability to provide First Aid and CPR.
