Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This position is on an as-needed basis (PRN) during daytime hours. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges they may face related to institutional living, financial matters, family dynamics, medical treatments, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
