Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients by adhering to established protocols and standards. This full-time position will require commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on holistic needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
