Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health. As an integral member of our healthcare facility, you will provide quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and standards. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, assess, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical competency and safety standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Emergency Nursing certification is a plus.
