Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Assess patients' needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and knowledge to provide evidence-based care.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per organizational policies.
