Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for effective patient care.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
