Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to both day and night shifts, and offers a competitive salary. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, maintaining a safe patient care environment and collaborating with staff and physicians to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise plans of care for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
