Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving quality care outcomes within the Acute Care setting. You will work collaboratively with nurses and patients, facilitating evidence-based practice implementation to enhance nursing care and ensure high-quality patient care across the continuum. The position involves utilizing a data-driven approach to drive sustainable change and positively influence healthcare delivery across different spheres.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and patients to enhance care outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve the quality of nursing care.
- Lead initiatives to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Services team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
