Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Nurse RN to join Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse RN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents by providing quality healthcare services and medication administration. You will have the opportunity to educate and support direct care staff, collaborate with medical providers, and contribute to the development and monitoring of professional nurse services within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare education to direct care staff and residents.
• Administer and monitor individual medications, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Assess resident health needs, develop healthcare goals, and document medical treatment.
• Participate in Person Centered Planning meetings and ensure medical compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Offer leadership, support, and direction to staff for effective communication and program development.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Prior experience in medical treatment services within a rehabilitation setting.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eCare User experience preferred.
