Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center. In this role, you will provide essential services and education to dialysis patients to support their nutritional well-being in compliance with regulations and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include assessing nutritional status, developing personalized nutrition plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions.
- Develop individualized medical nutrition therapy plans.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on patient needs and progress.
- Collaborate with the medical team and caregivers to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or relevant location.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience as a Registered Dietitian.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
