Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and client-focused Relationship Banker - Tier I to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their banking needs, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients with banking transactions and explain products and services.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Establish client relationships, assess client needs, and offer appropriate services.
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards.
- Handle night deposit bags, mail deposits/payments, and manage currency and coin.
- Oversee the opening/closing of cash vaults and Banking Center.
- Adhere to CFSB policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and orientation programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cash transactions.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
