Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism and be part of our mission to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their full potential. As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities that offer services to individuals with ASD. You will lead project management efforts, coordinate with various teams and vendors, and ensure facilities are ready for operations within designated budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Assess site suitability and coordinate with departments to prepare facilities for operations.
  • Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology required for daily operations.
  • Manage external staging teams and contractors during site preparations.
  • Adhere to Centria policies and ensure positive customer service experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Experience in multi-site project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% travel required.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours.
  • Flexibility in travel schedule as projects arise.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and prolonged computer use.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year with a bonus potential of 10% annually based on performance.
