Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor to join Wise Landscaping in Dayton. As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team in providing top-notch landscape and snow management services on commercial sites. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to complete various tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control.
• Coordinate snow removal services using plow trucks, salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders during the winter season.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on all projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proven experience in landscaping and snow management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Availability to work in various weather conditions throughout the year.
