Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Princeton University is looking for a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. As a Senior OnBase Developer, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, testing, and integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. You will work collaboratively with the OnBase team, develop new solutions, provide application support to customers, and assist in administration tasks and software releases validation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance OnBase solutions using OnBase API, C#, and/or VBScript.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications for seamless user experience.
• Create solutions within OnBase using Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms.
• Prepare technical requirements and solution designs based on functional requirements.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions to meet future service requirements.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services module and/or custom SQL scripts.
• Assist in administration and maintenance of the OnBase application.
• Lead projects from development to production go-live.
• Perform cost benefit analysis on new Hyland modules.
• Build and maintain relationships with key campus users and team members involved with OnBase solutions.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years working with enterprise content management software like OnBase.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and full lifecycle project development.
• Proficiency in ECM document imaging, workflow, electronic forms, and reporting modules.
• Ability to configure and support OnBase API, C#, and VBScript.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years working with OnBase by Hyland.
• Experience in administration tools for ECM software and relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in a higher education setting.
