Registered Nurse - Comprehensive Care Center

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Comprehensive Care Center team at Denver Health. As an integral part of the ambulatory care services, you will provide patient-centered care and education to a diverse population. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and promote excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment.
• Assess patient needs and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Develop measurable goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and train clinic team members.
• Maintain detailed patient records and reports.
• Assist with examinations and treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Promote positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation is preferred.
