Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents by assisting with daily activities, attending to individual care needs, and understanding their preferences.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities tailored to their profiles.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure resident safety, compliance with regulations, and adherence to community standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
