Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join Centria Autism as a New Site Opening Manager. This role involves overseeing the successful planning and opening of new facilities dedicated to providing services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring flawless execution to meet the designated budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess site suitability.
  • Prepare facilities for operations, including procurement and installation of necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage external staging teams and contractors during the facility preparation phase.
  • Travel approximately 80% of the time and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% travel required.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year with a bonus potential of 10% annually based on performance.
