NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and successful staging and openings of new facilities dedicated to providing services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your key success measures will include flawless execution of tasks, positive customer service experience, adherence to project timelines, and timely facility openings within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties for timely completion of tasks.
• Assess site suitability and coordinate planning with internal departments to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage procurement, installation of supplies, equipment, and technology.
• Collaborate with staging teams and contractors during pre-launch phase.
• Ensure effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite software.
• Ability to follow instructions, use computers, and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel required.
• Occasional non-traditional work hours (evenings, weekends) may be needed.
• Flexibility in travel schedule to accommodate project needs.

Physical Demands

This role may involve physical requirements such as bending, lifting, and extended computer use.
