Job Description
We are looking for a talented MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a key member of our aviation support division, you will be responsible for managing and administering aviation contracts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales campaigns and proposals for new contracts
- Travel to aviation trade shows and meet with global customers
- Develop and leverage aviation network to expand MRO business
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Manage service agreements and programs
- Resolve customer issues and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers
- Contribute to sales and business plans for the division
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management
- Experience in the aviation industry, preferably in MRO
