Job Description

We are offering a competitive paid MRAS 2024 Summer Internship/Coop position at Middle River Aerostructure Systems in Baltimore, MD. As part of a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and gain hands-on experience in various areas including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, Quality, and more. This internship provides a unique learning experience with mentorship from experienced managers and exposure to a global aerospace network.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects involving independent decision-making.
• Create presentations to communicate progress and best practices.
• Analyze data and may take on aspects of a full-time job within your field of study.
• Participate in talent events, seminars, and training.
• Perform assignments with a focus on trust and accuracy.

Requirements

• Current enrollment with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Completed one full year of college.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• U.S. Citizen or Green card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

• 24 credit hours toward a technical degree.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
