Job Description
OnPoint Medical Group is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in DTC. As part of our physician-led network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellness of our members and their families.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for healthcare visits.
- Document accurate vital signs and medical history in electronic records.
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain supplies, clean treatment rooms, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Engage with patients, visitors, and colleagues in a service-oriented manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program or equivalent experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills and EMR experience are a plus.
- Prior experience in Family or Pediatrics is beneficial.
