Job Description
We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM). HSM has been a leading healthcare management organization for over 35 years, providing excellent patient care in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
- Deliver professional nursing care and collaborate with the medical team.
- Ensure patient safety and follow care standards.
- Ability to work standing and bending for extended periods.
Education Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Flexible schedule availability and good communication skills.
- Ability to pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
