Job Description
Are you a Night Owl who enjoys meeting new people and being part of a team? Do you have a talent for problem-solving and love to help others? If so, we have the perfect job for you at Rockland Harbor Hotel.
As a PM Front Desk team member, you will typically work the 3-11PM shift, while our Night Auditor handles the front desk from 11pm to 7am. Utilizing modern technology for the audit process, you will have the opportunity to engage with guests, offering a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.

Night Audit Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Operate the front desk efficiently
- Assist with breakfast and coffee preparation
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints
- Close out front desk functions and reporting
- Answer the phone courteously and direct calls
- Maintain knowledge of local area and hotel offerings
