FOH Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated FOH Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our front of house facilities at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a key figure in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise and evaluate staff across all areas of the establishment.
• Ensure adequate supplies and equipment quality and quantity.
• Handle customer complaints and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain records accurately and prepare reports for senior management.
• Deliver superior service, respond to complaints, and review product quality.
• Organize shifts, appraise staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the restaurant's image, educate staff on products, and promote hospitality.
