Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and provide direction to production floor employees.
• Coordinate production operations, maintain quality procedures, and uphold safety regulations.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in various areas including safety, quality, and production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in high-temperature & humidity conditions with appropriate PPE.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
