We are hiring a Residential Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy's team in Pike, NH. As a Youth Counselor, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting at-risk youth, creating a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development. Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social and recreational activities for residents.
• Deliver direct services including daily living skills and meal preparation.
• Develop respectful relationships and refine students' skills and coping mechanisms.
• Document service delivery and incidents accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
