Child Behavior Specialist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

Positive Leaps, part of Assure Health LLC, is currently looking for a dedicated Child Behavior Specialist to join our team in West Chester, OH. This role involves creating a safe and therapeutic space for children, implementing our model of care and curriculum, and maintaining documentation of children's clinical data. With full-time or part-time options available, this position also offers a sign-on bonus of up to $750 and a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and access to training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and structured learning environment for children.
• Collaborate with children, families, and staff in a positive manner.
• Implement treatment goals and objectives under the guidance of the Program Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and clinical data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work.
• Ohio Social Worker License.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children of all ages.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Exposures and Risks

• Potential exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Working with physically aggressive children.
• Exposure to loud noise.
