Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a Critical Infrastructure Manager I to oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for our data center(s), ensuring 99.999% uptime and compliance with SLAs. This role involves managing vendor relationships, implementing company policies, driving operational excellence, and preparing reports on facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of data center operations.
• Drive change toward operational excellence goals.
• Oversee disaster recovery exercises and customer installations.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and customer utilization.
• Create detailed maintenance procedures and provide training to operations staff.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in critical infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in data centers.
• Engagement in soft skill and management training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, lift, and travel as needed.
