Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Managers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This position offers part-time availability on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services.
• Encourage residents to engage in enriching activities and life skills.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and flexibility in providing care.
• Prior experience working with seniors is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in residents' best interest.
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
