We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. As an Overnight Residential Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for providing overnight supervision and support to young individuals in our care, fostering stability, personal growth, and healing during crucial nighttime hours. Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routines and wake-up transitions.
• Conduct regular bed-checks and provide crisis support when needed.
• Celebrate student successes, reinforce positive behavior, and facilitate growth.
• Participate in life-relevant programming and document service delivery accurately.
• Engage with students professionally, maintain boundaries, and seek personal development.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license, 21 years or older, and authorized to work in the US.
• Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
