Universal Banker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for completing financial transactions for customers, opening accounts, providing excellent customer service, and recommending financial solutions. This role requires building trust-based relationships with customers and contributing to business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests and complex issues.
• Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
• Open consumer and business accounts with supporting products and services.
• Inform customers about banking products, identify cross-selling opportunities, and meet sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with decision-making capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
